Compassionate Nutrition Counseling for a Healthier Relationship with Food

Personalized support for eating disorder recovery, emotional eating and chronic health management.

Learn about our services

  • Recovering from an eating disorder is a journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. I provide outpatient nutrition counseling to help you rebuild a healthy relationship with food, regain trust in your body, and sustain recovery. I work with individuals facing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and disordered eating patterns, offering personalized guidance in collaboration with your therapist and healthcare team for a multidisciplinary approach to care

  • If eating feels stressful or overwhelming, you’re not alone. Whether you struggle with fear of certain foods, anxiety around mealtimes, or overanalyzing food choices, I help you break free from restrictive thoughts and develop a more peaceful approach to eating. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your anxiety, build coping strategies, and create a flexible, balanced relationship with food.

  • Emotional eating isn’t just about food—it’s about understanding the connection between emotions and eating patterns. I help you identify triggers, develop alternative coping strategies, and cultivate a mindful, balanced approach to nourishment. My goal is to support you in creating a healthy, non-restrictive relationship with food that prioritizes both emotional and physical well-being.

  • No two bodies are the same, and neither should their meal plans be. Whether you’re looking to create a more structured routine, navigate dietary restrictions, or find practical meal solutions that fit your lifestyle, I provide customized meal planning support tailored to your goals. This service is ideal for individuals looking for guidance without strict diets or calorie counting, helping you build confidence in your daily food choices.

  • Using a functional nutrition approach, I support individuals managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, PCOS, digestive disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Whether you’re working to prevent disease or improve your well-being, I’ll help you develop realistic nutrition strategies that enhance your health and quality of life.

What to Expect from your Nutrition Counseling Journey

  • In our 60 minute initial consultation, we’ll complete a comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment to understand your medical history, nutrition background, and personal health goals. This allows us to create a tailored approach that aligns with your unique needs and challenges.

  • Together, we’ll create a customized nutrition plan that aligns with your food preferences, lifestyle, and physical needs—because nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. In our 30–45 minute follow-up sessions, we’ll review your food journal, reflect on your progress, and identify what’s working well and what areas need adjustment. Whether you’re focused on recovery, managing a health condition, or improving your relationship with food, we’ll address any nutritional gaps and make sustainable changes to support your long-term success.

  • Your journey doesn’t end with a plan—it’s an ongoing process. I provide continued nutrition and wellness support, helping you navigate challenges, refine your goals and build sustainable habits that empower you to make confident, nourishing food choices for long-term well-being.
